At Snackbox Science, we believe that the best learning happens when hands get dirty and minds get curious. Our pop-up makerspaces are temporary wonderlands where children, educators, and communities come together to talk, build, and discover.
Through nature-inspired design challenges, participants tackle big scientific questions together — sharing ideas, testing theories, and dreaming up new possibilities. Every session is a small bite of science that leaves a lasting taste for inquiry.

I recently took my preschool-aged daughter to a Snackbox Makerspace, and she was hooked from the moment we walked in. She dove right in, experimenting with different materials and testing how each one could “fly.” It was amazing watching her curiosity take over. She also loved watching the other kids — seeing what they created, how their inventions worked in the wind tunnel, and getting inspired by their ideas. The whole experience was fun, hands‑on, and such a great spark for her imagination. It really showed me that it’s never too early for kids to explore, experiment, and ask big questions. We can’t wait to attend more of these workshops!
